Jo Garnett (Director) has worked in fund management, finance, insurance, hospitality, nannying, child-care, tourism, social work and Holistic Coaching. Jo considers her life has been set-up in a way where she has been able to experience many different facets of life, and in-turn encounter many varying belief-systems amongst groups, individuals and organisations. She has had to also stretch herself as far as possible to face her own challenges head on. These experiences have provided a 'play-ground' to transform not only her own life, but the lives of others.
Jo received her Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching through Life Coach Associates (LCA) and First Class Honours in Social Work from Massey University in 2006. Please see Jo’s client testimonials.
LIFE COACHING is for individuals who want to tap into their absolute greatest potential! This is enabled by understanding what it means for life to be in balance; partaking in a life that they consciously want to lead, not a life they think they ‘should’ be leading; and looking at how we can move through limiting patterns in our lives, so we can SUSTAIN CHANGES.
CAREER COACHING is for individuals who want to understand more about their passions, values, intentions and vision in life to enable them to be clearer about their career path. Here we draw on outside resources to help determine opportunities.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS COACHING is provided as a specifically designed programme (one-on-one and group workshops); or offered as casual one-on-ones. The intentions of this type of coaching is to create high staff morale, individual accountability and contented and healthy people who feel a direct sense of achievement from assisting the organization in reaching its desired outcomes. This type of work is only for leaders who want to transform their organisation into a SELF-SUSTAINING ENTITY that is emotionally and financially profitable for its staff, management and customers. A self-sustaining company reflects the self-aware intentions of those thoughts, attitudes and perceptions within it; hence, this Coaching relationship is one of ‘inner’ work. The profits and contentment of a company are a mirror image of the inner-most thoughts that run it – hence, sometimes it takes a ‘change of mind’ to create what you want!
Other strong interests of Jo’s are working alongside mothers who want to manage post-natal depression. As well as working with mothers around parenting and facilitating self-aware decision of mums' wanting to get back into the work-force.
